Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Returns  
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Situations  
We are unable to offer refunds for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without contacting us first.
